How to identify which pc is acting as a master browser in a workgroup?

In your command prompt, just type this --> nbtstat -s
Then you will see a list of computer broadcasting traffic. Once you have found the computer with the most number of bytes..then type this --> nbtstat -a <Computer name or IP address>
Once you have done that will notice something called MS~browse...then BINGO!! you found the culprit..have fun...
