Master Browser issue

I have a client pc (W2k pro) that seems to momentarily loose connection to W2k server. The event id at server is 8003,”the master browser has received a server announcement from the computer CLIENTNAME that believes it is the master browser for the domain…”
Network is setup DCHP, tried changing the client pc to static, but still having same issues.
