I’m soon to finish my master’s in information technology with concentration on internet security. I already have a AA in network Admin and then got my bachelors in IT. Then I decided to continue and get the masters and that’s where I am now. I have not gotten a serious job yet, just for the sample fact that I’m still in school and I’d like to put my all my efforts towards it, but I’ve been working part time doing help desk and jobs of that nature. Now my dilema is that I do not have any certs and with graduation day around the corner, I’m getting a littlebit nervous. Do you guys think I’m going to have a problem finding a job with no experience in the security field, but still possess enough knowledge to do the job. Sometimes I think that maybe I went too technical and perhaps should’ve gotten a more business oriented degree. Any advice from you veterans out there would be greatly appreciated.
