I’m trying to update some virus definitions on some PC’s and I’m getting this message: “One or more Total Protection for Small business windows are still open. Please close all the windows and select update now from the menu to try again.”.
I know I can un-install the virus protection than reinstall, to solve this. Does anyone know why this happens or another solution to this issue.
