I own McAfee Total Protection, and is currently installed on two computers. I have recently discovered a problem with the Manage Network tool.
My problem is that my second computer, (named Family), does not show it’s last scan under details, it just says unknown, while all other fields are filled in correctly.
this is the case on both computers, neither of them show when the last virus scan for the computer family was.
I contacted tech support(email), which after a few emails told me to contact tech support(online chat), the online chat tech support agent had no idea what was wrong, finally ending with me giving up on him, i then turned to McAfee support forum, with no prevalence.
any suggestions welcome…
