MCITP – Which to choose

by banny33 . Updated 13 years, 3 months ago

I have received funding for me to undertake an MCITP, i have enough knowledge and have also done my Computer Science degree a few years ago…

I was under the impression that the MCITP was the upto date, MCSE to more or less an effect.

the choices i have been given are –

Windows Client
MCITP: Enterprise Desktop Support Technician 7
MCITP: Enterprise Desktop Administrator 7
MCITP: Consumer Support Technician
MCITP: Enterprise Support Technician

Windows Server
MCITP: Enterprise Administrator
MCITP: Server Administrator

Microsoft SQL Server

MCITP: Database Administrator 2008
MCITP: Database Developer 2008
MCITP: Business Intelligence Developer 2008
MCITP: Database Administrator
MCITP: Database Developer
MCITP: Business Intelligence Developer

Microsoft Office Project Server
MCITP: Enterprise Project Management with Microsoft Office Project Server 2007

Microsoft Exchange Server
MCITP: Enterprise Messaging Administrator 2010
MCITP: Enterprise Messaging Administrator

Am I wrong in thinking that ideally i should be doing client, server and exchange?
