Can anyone give me some advice on this problem,
Server NT 4 Service Pack 6a
Running Mcaffee Total Virus Defence.
On a regular basis the Mcshield Service is stopped due to an
“exception: access violation”
It is always when scanning HTM files, If you restart the service it might run for 10 minutes or 10 days etc Then it happens again on a different file,
The scan Engine is 4.0.50.
