I have a PC 700 Mhz having installed the following software:
Internet Information Server 3, Exchange 5.5 SP3 (outlook web access installed), Office 2000 (full installation).
I recently begun developing programs using Active Server Pages. The problem is that when something goes wrong during ASP CODE execution the MDM.EXE process takes control and starts the debugger. The error dialog message says “If you want to debug the error. OK – CANCEL”. Well, this causes another problem. The outlook web access stops responding until I press OK or CANCEL. If this happens at 03.00 in the morning then the outlook web access feature becomes useless because no body is present to press the cancel button.
Do you have any idea which software installed the MDM.EXE process? I suspect Office 2000. The solution that I apply right now is to kill the MDM.EXE process.
