I live in a country that wants to create a measurement system for time and distance.This system is to be used by all of the people in our country.We have a measurement system in use but the king wants the measurements to be universal and eternal.In other words if there are other countries on our planet and if there are other planets in space our system would exactly match theirs.Now where to start—Balthor
