When I try to play a media file from the internet, the media player launches, but then gives an error that it can’t play the file. I tried to update the media player to version 7 and it does the same thing, but it does give an error number C00D10B3 but says no help is available for that error. I can do a “save as” on the link and put it locally on my hard disk and then click on it and it opens fine, but this is inconvenient and would like to know if someone can point me to a fix.
