I have followed Greg Shultz and set up a sharing account as per article 21-12-2009
“How do I make Windows 7 HomeGroup content accessible to Vista and XP?”
When I try to attach the O2media HMR-351N device to homegroup it asks for a net user ID and password and I’ve used the user name and password that I set in the new account but log in fails every time.
With Vista I can just log in the the workgroup and play my shared video, music etc.I written to O2media HMR-351N with no response
Please if you have any ideas, let me know.
Windows 7 does not see the device but I can ping it from command prompt
