Meeting not showing up in public calendar

I have a user who is trying to schedule a meeting out of her calendar. She selects the attendees and then selects the conference room as a resource. she sends the meeting and it says it has been sent. She looks on the calendar for our conference room that is shared in our public folders and the meeting is not there.

I have tried it on my machine and it is doing the same thing.

how do I fix it where the meetings will show up in the public calendar for the conference room when it is selected as a resource?
