member in group cannot receive email sometimes (Exchange 2003)

Hi everyone,

I am running Exchange Server 2003, one of the group member in Distribution List cannot receive email sometimes. However, other members in the same group can receive mail without problem. I have already checked it has no conflicts and she can receive email properly.

Any idea ?
