Membership

I want to stop my membership and have mailed the Billing department to do so but I have still had my mebership renewed. Can you please refund my payment and terminate the membership. The details are:

Transaction date: 8/9/2005 12:01:19 AM
Amount charged: 104.58

If you decide to cancel your membership subscription, please either email your request via the Ask A Question Web form on-line or call our customer support department toll free at (800) 217-4339.

To ensure you are cancelled on time and not charged, you must make your request no less than 2 full business days prior to your charge date. Our business days and hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST.
