I’ve been using this Dell Dimension 2400 for ages now, been pretty reliable. But it’s time to do some upgrading. I need a CPU and 2gig of ram(max cap). Was wondering if the following would work or not?

If you have other reccomendations please let me know. Also curious if I’ll need a new heatsink and fan? If so could someone reccomend one that’s not going to cost me an arm and a leg. Thanks all.
