Memory Dump Problem

I am trying to install Windows2000. After installed, when starting up, or when working, Windows2000 is halting, and starting dumping memory. In event viewer, it is giving messages like follows:
The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x00000050 (0xddd81ad6, 0x00000000, 0x804a4308, 0x00000000). Microsoft Windows 2000 [v15.2195]. A dump was saved in: C:\WINNT\MEMORY.DMP.
