Memory Not Enough / Resource Not Enough

I have Intel computer using Office standard 97 and now having problem with memory not enough /Resource not enough when trying to preview excel file with file size 216K. I change to another computer with the same performance but with AMD K6 and I don’t have any problem. Besides, I also use cacheman software to help but failed. Please help.
