I have 128mgs of Ram but I get low memory messages freguently, especially when online. Aol is my Isp. I think this is related to a situation that comes up when I run Scandisk or Disk defragmenter. These programs stop and start over again at aboutone minute intervals and tell me that something is writing to my hard drive and that drive information has changed. Could this (whatever it is that is writing to my hard drive) be causing the memory problems? How can I determine what is continually writing to my hard drive and or how can I free up the memory?
