Hi Guys,
I am emailing all the way from Japan. I have just updated my computer and i am getting problems that i had never expected. I seriously need some advice, and so i joined this forum.
The problem i get is, after a couple of hours of computer usage when i have many programs opened, i.e IE browsers + Outlook email + MS Acess + Various folders etc then the computer freezes/or does not open any more files and says its out of memory.
This is the exact problem i had before i updated my computer, even at that the previous version was a Core2duo 1.8mhz, with generic Ram.
My current PC version is..
Core 2 Quad Q9650 3Ghz CPU
ASUS Motherboard
Corsair (2×2)= 4gb ram
Only thing i did not update was my 240gb/7200rpm hard drive. This hard drive i have been using since 2 years and its just been reformated from scratch.
I have genuine windows XP pro, SP1-2-3 installed (patch)
All of windows and microsoft updates are installed. The computer does not even heat up after several hours of usage.
Inspite of such a reasonable configuration i am still having trouble. Does someone know what the problem might be ? My computer is definitely virus free..
