Menu Builder Problem

Hi,
My project runs well at local machine but not at web server.

At Local Machine:-
IIS 5
.Net framework 1.1
Windows XP

Web Server:
IIS6
.Net framework 1.1
Windows 2003 server

Using menu builder by EOWEB ver 31.

This is the error message:-
Parser Error Message: The format of the file ‘EO.Web’ is invalid.

Source Error:

Line 1: <%@ Register TagPrefix="eo" Namespace="EO.Web" Assembly="EO.Web" %>

I’ve copy the EOWeb.dll into /bin folder and verified version is correct.

Anyone out there can help me please?
