In Windows 95, whenever you needed to restart your machine, in the shutdown menu, you’d click on the ‘restart’ radio button and your machine would soft reboot. Yes I know what you’re thinking, “it’s exactly the same for Win98”.No problem there, then.
However, the next time I go to the shutdown menu, (and don’t look at what I’m doing), I just click OK and run, but of course the machine has restarted.
Okay, here’s the question.
Is there a way to get the Shutdown menu to behave like it used to in Win95?
