I run a CPA firm (local)Lan 5.0 and a remote Lan 4.11 and GroupWise 5.5 server, which is not connected by a WAN. I recently took over the responsibility of the remote Lan because the Net Admin left the company. I presently add users to the 4.11 Lan and GW 5.5 via PCANYWHERE to a desktop at the remote location via NWADMIN. A contractor installed the GroupWise server in it’s own separtate tree, so when I log in as Admin I have to go to Network Neighborhood and log in as Admin on the GW 5.5 server. The remote network LAN is a 4.11 server and the GroupWise server is 5.5. Since I have to add users to the network at the remote location and GW 5.5, I wondered if it would be possible to merge the GW server into the 4.11 LAN tree? Or is it betterto leave the GW server in its own tree?
