Merging of two Forest (Urgent and Important)

Dear all
I have two forest in my organization with one domain in each. Every domain has one DC, Exchange, Proxy, DNS, DHCP and other services. I would like to make one forest and make these two domains part of new forest with only one DNS, DHCP and other network services and common Exchange, proxy for all domains and like to remove existing forests. Please advice me I am in very critical condition.
