I have a user running Outlook 2000. He is the only user in this container having this problem. The user’s outgoing msgs are only sent when someone within the same site container sends him an email. His msg leave his outbox but are never sent. If he send a email to different site container it will send the email instantly. We have done an inbox repair and renamed his account, no luck. The same error occurs with his profile set up on another PC. Even if the PC is located in a different container the error will always occur
