We have an NT Server / Exchange 5.5 sp3 / Outlook 2000 environment with a small number of clients. Several of our users receive duplicate messages sporadically but often. I’ve tried delivering their messages to both the Exchange store and to .pst’s – doesn’t seem to matter. Also have tried disabling messaging protocols one at a time at the server. The problem does not go away. I’m stumped and the boss is agitated. Seen this before?
