Sometimes messages in outlook 97 and 2000 take a long time to get to the user. We use Exchange Server 5.5. Also it locks up and hangs there. I create a new profile, clean up their harddrive space, and inform them they need to archive their inbox since they are usually over 250,000KB. The last thing I try is the inbox repair tool, but would like to know if there is something else that might solve this issue? Thanks
