Methodology of Organizing files?

Create a folder for all Word files, on your network if at work. In this folder, create sub-folders in which you will store your documents in some logical order. Permissions can then be assigned to these sub-folders so that only those that need access will get it. The key is that your folder structure should logically follow how the documents are used and who uses them.
Hope this helps.

The simplest way to organize folders and files is to do it the same way you would with paper files.
You probably wouldn't use a filing cabinet and just toss papers in it.
You would most likely use folders to separate and compartmentalize your work.
My suggestion is use a different folder for each "job" (large catagories) or by "dates" (day, week, month, quarter, etc.)
Also, try not to go more than 3 folders deep.
Because then it is hard to find stuff.
use lots of folders and remember to be very descriptive with your file names.
