Micro 2000 Diagnostic software

Can anybody shed any light on this product as to how well it works and the price range that you paid for it. I have been quoted anything from $300 to $499 with a $99 a year renewal. I have been looking for some reviews but havent been able to find any. Would appreciate any insight.
