MICRON VS DELL

Currently we are an all Dell shop. All Dell servers and about 250 Dell desktops. I have been approached by MICRON and of course they want our business and the desktop quote that I received was $100 cheaper than the Dell. My question is has anyonebeen dealing with MICRON and what has your experience been? I am happy with Dell but does the cheaper price constitue a switch in vendors?
