We are in the process of opening our Quick Service Restaurant. It will be our first store and we have future expansion plans. It came down to 2 choices: Micros or Radiant. We are aware that no system is perfect and they all have some sort of problems, crash downs and errors. If you had to chose one of them, what would you recommend? In terms of service, which one do you think is better? We spent a lot of time and we decided that we will go for one of these. Some of you may not like either of the products but I would be happy if you limit your analysis between the two when you compare. Thank you so much in advance, and I wish you a pleasant day.
