In Microsoft Access, I am trying to run a query to sort audience attendance by male, female, or no reponse (M, F, NR). I have a table of roughly 140 entries falling into one of the three categories. I want to know how many I have of each category and turn that information into a graph When I run the query, I get no information, I get only a few pieces of information, or I get something completely illogical.
Is there anyone who knows anything about this? I’ve searched MS tutorials and can’t find anything.
