Why do people in this forum seem to believe that Microsoft Access is a programming language? Is making calls to a remote database using the request protocols for that database software considered programming? If so, why is Network Admining on IRC not programming? (And yes, if I hear a good answer I will award it the tech points for this question, unlike some stingy bastards who just never close their questions)
