Microsoft Access Problem

I am using Windows server 2003.While i try to open an .mdb file, gives the error message ” windows cannot access the specified device,path, or file.you may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item”.But i am able to access the other .mdb files.When i copy this .mdb file to other system and open, it opens fine.
