Microsoft Excel Issue/Bug

Approx once every three times I open an excel spreadsheet, at some time during my view Manipulation a message pops up – “Margins do not fit page size” where upon I am given a page break view which highlights every single cell on my spreadsheet as a single page. I have spoken to numerous IT individuals and alas no luck – I am therefore hoping that someone on techR can assist.
