I am having trouble locating a solution from Microsoft for the following error. I was wondering if there was anyone who had experienced the same and could let me on to a definate solution.
I have Microsoft Exchange 5.0 and Outlook97.I havea system administator message (occassionally reported) that some users get saying message undeliverable contact system administrator, when they try sending a message to a group of addresses.
Now i am aware that the recipient’s servers may be down, or the address incorrect.
The users experiencing this, are unable to open this message to see who did not get it.
I have also experienced it, even though I have turned on the tool option to monitor if recipients have received, read etc my messages.
Is there a solution to this? How can I get to open this message. If I click on it, it bringsup a small box, with message cannot be opened.
It is quite frustrating, please help or if someone can direct me to a source. I have lookedup the microsoft knowledge
