I am having a problem with Exchange 2000. When I right click the Microsoft Outlook and I go to properties. In the services tapb I choose Microsoft Exchange Server after that has been inserted I choose properties. I the put the name of my server in the Microsoft Exchange Server fiels and the name of the user in the Mailbox field.
The problem I am having is that I have two usrers: Brad.Embry and Brad.Jagoe. I can’t resolve the name of the first user. If I create a user and reverse the name to read Embry.brad I can resolve the name all day long. I cna’t find anything on Technet about this. I would appreciate all the help I can get
