Our exchange server hard drive had to be replaced. We were able to recover everything except the folders that contain the contacts and other online folders. Pub and Priv, I believe are the names of the files we have not been able to recover. We have a good backup, but don’t think that my associate has tried to recover these files from the backup. We use Arc Serve for our backup software. I understand that I can go out on the web and look for Exchange Server help. Just wondering If anyone else has experienced this and can help?
