Billy Boy and his Legal Eagles failed once again in the Courts to get the case against the [b]Vista Ready Promotion[/b] thrown out of court so it finally looks as if the case will proceed with a Hearing Date of October 2008.

Then on a similar note it seems that M$ is falling out of the Frying Pan into the Fire with another suit brought against them for killing a child with a Faulty XBox.

At least it’s good to know that someone at M$ is earning their wages if only the Legal Department. After all M$ is there to keep the Legal Eagles wealthy aren’t they? Anyone might come to the conclusion that they where actually selling something other than software and if this continues they may be no longer to even do that.
As both of these reports come directly from the M$ supplied Infopackets I would tend to believe that they at least are correct as far as they go. Though it would be interesting to see a report of either of these cases without the Biases that is involved here by a publication with a Vested Interest.
