I just finished reading the article on Microsofts subscription lic. plan. To me this may be a good thing. Not only because they will offer lower prices up front for there software, but it will also give Microsoft time to produce a better product.If they are receiving annual fees from there customers instead of depending on how well the sale goes this x-mas, they can slow down and maybe not throw out a new os every year.
