As yet I have zero experience with Microsoft Office 7. I’d like the opinions of those of you who have installed it in your offices and have had some time to work with it.
Please tell me, was it actually designed to run on Vista?
How does it work with XP? Any chance Windows 2000 would run it? (I kinda doubt it.)
On XP machines, what is your preference Office ’03 or Office ’07?
Have your users had trouble with the new Office interfaces? More so than with Office upgrades in the past?
Sorry for so many questions. I am what NTEN (Nonprofit Technology Network) calls an ‘accidental techie’. I ended up being a tech person by default and desire. I learn a lot more every day but it sure is a steep learning curve. Also, I work for a nonprofit so we have to do more with less.
