I installed Microsoft Office 97 Professional Edition Upgrade on my computer a while ago. Every program in the office environment works except Access. When I click on it, it tells me that it “can’t run because there is no license for it on this machine”. Can someone please help me with this? The CD that I used is mine, it is not a copy, I have the CD key for it and everything. Why isn’t this program running? Please help.
