An incoming e-mail has a link to go to another webpage,when clicked on the following message appears “this operation has been canceled due to restrictions in effect on this computer.Contact sys administrator” that occurs in WORD,EXCEL,, and others, if I set a hyperlink in thos programs and try to click on it to go to another page the above error comes up..I’m running Win-7
