I have about 50 end users or more who are filling up there quota on our novell e-mail server. They all want to keep every single little e-mail that they have. I tried putting my pst file on a burnt cd and tried to import it in to outlook but i got some error saying ” The settings to perform this action must be set before this can happen”. Do you know the correct procedure in performing this action? Is there any way of putting e-mails onto cd-roms and then later on importing them back into outlook?
