Hello TR… I’ve read a lot about this online however very confused… I hope you can all help me…
So, i’m creating an IT ticket through outlook forms with multiple tabs (which is still a work in progress) and wanted to know if there is a way to either create or purchase software for outlook 2010 that will:
1. Create an auto generated ticket number when the form is opened/sent
2. Auto reply to sender the ticket number created
3. if a reply or forward is sent, the outlook DOES NOT create a new ticket number…
I’m pretty creative with forms but not very good with vba language… 🙁
