Create yourself a <yourusername.pst> Personal folder and place it in your Network home directory,
This is done inside Outlook Tools> accounts> Properties> then select your account, and add Personal folders, and give the path to your home folder.
This folder should be available from any form of authentication to the LAN, Dial in or direct connect.
You can also add an "*.OST" (Offline Folders)file. This is basically an auto-synchronizing folder for mail access when travelling, or not attached to the LAN at all.
Hope this helps,
Vern

You don't say what version of Outlook you're using, but if you're not using Outlook 2000, I highly recommend an upgrade. If you are, you can tell it which folders to make available offline by opening the profile, clicking "Tools" | "Services" | "Advanced" | "Offline folder File Settings..."

Cheers,
ssh
