When a user tries to synchronize he gets this error.
Microsoft Outlook This folder could not be synchronized. The file C:\WINNT\Profiles\MLewis\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook\outlook.ost is already in use by the maximum number of applications. Close some of these applications and try again.
The only programs that are running are outlook and a database application that has nothing to do with outlook. Anyone have any ideas?
