The easiest way to create a multi-user email address is to make one single group, name it, and add the individuals.
Open your address book, under the "File", select "New Entry", then "Personal Distribution List", this is where you name the group in the top blank field....After naming it, open "Add/Remove Users", after you have selected all your desired recipients, select "Apply" and OK......close out and when you go to mail them you click on the name of your group in your address book. It will send to all the people you included in the list.....follow the same if you want to add users to this list.

Creating a group in Outlook Express is easy. Open up the address book by
1. Clicking on the address book icon on the toolbar.
2. Typing the shortcut keys of Crtl-Shift-B or
3. Click on Tools and Address Book.
After you have opened the AddressBook you need to create the group by
1. Clicking on the New icon in the toolbar then choosing New Group.
2. Using the shortcut keys of Ctrl-G.
or
3. Clicking on File then on New Group.
That will bring up the group properities window. From there put in the group name (this will be used for the To: line in emails).
Then select members from email addresses already listed in your Address book or you can use the 2 boxes at the bottom to enter in the names and new email addresses (one at a time) and click on the Add button.
After you have entered all the addresses you want in the group, click on the OK button to close the window and your new Group will be available for you to use.
To use it, just put the name of the group in theTO: box of any email
