In our organisation we use Forms and Templates in Outlook so that staff in the call center can book appointments on the field staffs Outlook calenders.
These work fine for a period of about one week, however they regularily stop working for no apparent reason.
The only fix we have discovered is to go in each users profile and delete the templates from C:\winnt\profiles\%username%\local settings\application data\microsoft\forms. When this is done and the user re opens the required form a brief loading screen appears and the template appears.
As I mentioned before, this only functions for a few days before the form/template stops working again and the procces has to be repeated, has any one seen this before as Outlook forms are relatively new to us.
Also has anyone any ideas on storing them centrally i.e an Exchange server
