Microsoft Project 98

By wendy.a.villanueva ·
Does anyone know if there is a way to print out a project's tasks and its applicable notes? I have set up my project as a 'How To' template and is a national effort. Therefore, any updates, my peers supply me, which I need to incorporate into my template I have to open both files and lines - one by one.

I've looked at the help guide but was not successful in finding a solution.

Please...someone, anyone...HELP!

I just ran into this also. Here goes.

Project was kind enough to give you the report you need, you just have to add to it.

Go to "View Reports" and go to Custom. Find the report called "Tasks". Click on Copy and name the new report. Mine is Task with Notes.
Click on your new report and select "Edit". From the pop up window select the "Details" tab and select "Notes".

Extra special. When I first did this it did not include my milestones from the "Definition" tab make sure under "Filter" you select all tasks.

I did what you recommended, it worked...THANK YOU! I didn't think there was a way.

I really appreciate your response. You have saved me hours of tedious line by line research and eye-straining viewing.

I am rating this answer on two counts...the accuracy of the answer and the turnaround time. I rate it at least what I rated my question plus 50 Bonus points!! A total of 175!
