We manufacture CNC Machines, we design and manufacture.
I wish to handle the complete project management in MS Project 2007, i am a total new bie in MS Project, I need your help.
Another query I have is, at present I want to track and manage the machine we are manufacturing, but the problem is the design is done 15-20% already and 15% of the components are already manufacture, shall I start project management and tracking in MS Proj since begining or shall i pick up from the current level.
Another Issue is i am not much useto defining task and durations and all that in MS Project, can you help me giving some link specially for Mechanical Manufacturing project management.
Any help I would highly appreciate.
